Our products come with a free replacement for quality issues within 5 years. The specific warranty period depends on the product.

Can I cancel my order?

All our products comply with safety standards and regulations and are ETL certified. Additionally, most of our products are low voltage, reducing the risk of electric shock for children and pets.

Can I return a product if I'm not satisfied?

Yes, we offer a 60-day return policy for all products, provided they are uninstalled and in their original packaging.

What shipping methods are available?

We offer standard and expedited shipping services. Orders exceeding a certain amount qualify for free standard delivery.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs will be added at checkout.

How long does it take to receive a package?

Orders usually ship within 1 business day and arrive within 2-5 business days. We have warehouses in CA and GA for next-day delivery in these states.

Installation

How do I install outdoor landscape lights?

Refer to the installation guide included in the package. Generally, you will need to install the fixtures, lay the cables, and connect the fixtures. For complex installations, consult a professional or contact us.

How do I maintain my outdoor lighting fixtures?

Regular maintenance includes cleaning the fixtures, checking and replacing damaged wires, and replacing bulbs as needed (integrated LED fixtures do not require bulb replacement). Always turn off the power before any maintenance.
