Step 1   Contact Us
At any time to send an email to speak with one of our Varmtalys® Certified Lighting Specialists to troubleshoot your product and/or obtain an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) to initiate a warranty replacement or refund.

Step 2   Return non-working items
If, after troubleshooting your item, a Varmtalys® Certified Lighting Specialist determines that the item is "defective/non-working", you will need to.

1) Return the item to our facility.

2) Ensure that your assigned RMA# is clearly displayed on all returned packages and written on a separate blank sheet of paper inside each package. This is necessary to match each package to the correct warranty claim.

Step 3   We process your claim quickly
Once we receive your returned merchandise, we will inspect and test it within 1 business day. If the item is defective, we will repair, replace or refund the item within 1 business day, Varmtalys® will pay for the cost and ship any replacement item back to the customer. If the item is deemed to be in good working condition, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
